Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions of your booking are as follows:

All golfers are requested to check in with the Golf Shop before tee off.

Payment Method

Payment may be made by Bank Transfer, Cheque, Credit & Debit cards.

Bookings – Visitors

Full payment of green fees is required at time of booking to secure tee times.

Reservations for Open Competitions must be paid in full at time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings may be cancelled by contacting our Golf Reservation Office on
00 353 (0) 74 9376119.

In the event of cancellation, at least 30 days prior to the date of play, a 75% refund will be made.

Cancellation 8-30 days prior to play, a refund of 50% will be made.

No refund for cancellations within 7 days of play or failure to cancel bookings.
Bookings are non-transferrable.

Any refund due to exceptional circumstances will be at the discretion of
the Club Manager.

All requests for refunds must be in writing to the Manager at
info@ballyliffingolfclub.com.

Dress Code

Smart casual.

We request that attire be consistent with current accepted golf fashion.

Tailored shorts and collared or mock neck shirts are
acceptable. Athletic wear, particularly football shirts are not
permitted.

Spikes

Please note that metal spikes are not allowed on the links.

Caddies/Carts

Caddies & Carts must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

We will endeavour to fulfil all caddy booking requests but on occasion we may only be able to provide a “Forecaddie” for each group.
This will be driven by the number of bookings on any given day and will be dealt with on a “first come, first served” basis.

Caddies/Carts cancelled on date of play will be charged in full.

Fees 2026

Senior Caddy – €80 plus tip.
Forecaddie – €120 plus tip.
Cart(Buggy) – €50.
Electric Trollies – €25.00.
Club Hire – €25.00

Driving Range & Practice Area

On site Driving Range available.
Golfers are welcome to use the practice area before play.
Tokens available in Pro Shop.

Restaurant & Bar

A full catering service is available at The Links Bar & Restaurant
